ABR Talent is partnering with a PE-backed Regulatory Tech business to lead the scaled Customer Success function. You will mentor two CS Managers, own strategy, health and performance of a £4-5M ARR portfolio with ~1,000 customers, and drive executive conversations.

This role demands credibility to influence senior stakeholders, manage complex accounts, and align customer outcomes with revenue growth. You'll collaborate with Account Management, Marketing, and Data teams to optimize the scaled

• Experience leading Customer Success teams within a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record managing scaled or high-volume customer portfolios.
• Commercial mindset focusing on revenue protection and growth.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex accounts.
• Data-led approach using health, engagement and product adoption to prioritise activity.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and developing two Customer Success Managers.
• Owning the strategy, health and performance of a scaled customer portfolio worth approximately £4-5M ARR.
• Delivering executive customer meetings, webinars and strategic business reviews.
• Partnering with Account Management to maximise retention and renewal success.
• Using data to identify risk and opportunity and improve the scaled journey.
• Acting as the senior escalation point for complex customer situations.
