ABR Talent l Customer Success Recruitment for Start-up & Scale-up SaaS businesses is recruiting a senior Customer Success leader for a PE-backed RegTech platform. You will lead two Customer Success Managers, own the strategy, health and performance of a £4-5M ARR portfolio and drive executive-level conversations with key customers.

You'll combine coaching with hands-on engagement, guiding renewals, adoption and expansion while partnering with Account Management to maximise retention and revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Customer Success teams within a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record managing scaled or high-volume customer portfolios.
• Commercial mindset with ability to drive revenue outcomes.
• Confidently influence senior stakeholders and challenge customers when needed.
• Data-led approach using health, engagement and product usage metrics.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop two Customer Success Managers.
• Own strategy, health and performance of a £4-5M ARR portfolio.
• Deliver executive customer meetings, webinars and strategic business reviews.
• Partner with Account Management to maximise retention and renewal success.
• Use data to identify risk and opportunities and optimize the customer journey.
• Escalate and manage complex customer situations with professionalism.
