Job summary

Lidl is seeking a Deputy Store Manager in the United Kingdom. You will lead and develop a store team, ensuring superb customer service and smooth day-to-day operations. The role covers store leadership during the Store Manager’s absence, stock checks, deliveries, and KPI monitoring.

• Set a spectacular example for the Store Team and your customers.
• Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Motivate and support your team, learning from our Company Values.
• Diligently check and work deliveries, managing the till area and monitoring KPIs.
• Be a friendly face for every customer, offering excellent service and helping with all customer queries.
• Competently comply with Health and Safety laws, standards and guidelines, 30-35 days holiday (pro rata)
