Job summary

Lidl GB in the United Kingdom is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy store, drive customer satisfaction, and develop the store team. You’ll own the operation, hit targets, and inspire colleagues to deliver outstanding service.

We offer a competitive salary £44,000–£66,000 per year, 30–35 days holiday pro rata, a 10% in-store discount, a contributory pension, and a fully expensed company car or car allowance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment.
