Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a Midlands property organisation to recruit a Senior SQL Technical Systems Engineer. You will support housing enterprise applications, manage releases and changes, and work with stakeholders to implement technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Application Support, Systems Analysis or Service Transition roles.
• Strong SQL Server skills, including SQL scripting and SSMS.
• Experience developing and supporting SSRS reports and dashboards.
• Solid understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management practices.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications within a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and administration across housing systems.
• Support delivery of business-critical projects alongside BAU operations.
• Manage software releases, upgrades, patches and changes.
• Investigate and resolve issues through root cause analysis.
• Support system testing and UAT activities; develop test scripts.
