Job summary

Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust is seeking a Specialist Practitioner to join the Incentivised Substance Free Living Team at HMP Eastwood Park. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to assess and intervene for individuals with complex mental health and substance misuse needs, guiding recovery-focused care.

You will manage risk, develop care and crisis plans, coordinate services, and provide clinical leadership and supervision.

Qualifications

• Must hold a relevant health or social care qualification with current NMC or HCPC registration.
• Substantial post-registration experience in adult mental health services.
• Strong assessment and risk-management skills and knowledge of relevant legislation.

• Provide comprehensive mental health assessments and deliver recovery-focused interventions.
