Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma level/Degree in health or social care.
• Current UK registration with NMC or HCPC.
• Substantial post-registration experience in adult mental health services.
• Experience mentoring/assessing students and learners.
• Experience in risk assessment and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and review comprehensive treatment programmes for service users with complex needs.
• Act as care coordinator and provide defined interventions to individuals.
• Plan, deliver and evaluate specialist therapies (CBT, psychosocial interventions, family interventions).
• Support carers to enable better engagement with the service user and partners.
• Collaborate with Primary Care, inpatient and voluntary services to review interventions.
