• Develop, deliver and review comprehensive, complex treatment programmes with evidence-based practice, including risk management for complex needs.
• Act as care coordinator for service users and provide interventions to individuals on other workers' caseloads.
• Plan, deliver and evaluate specialist therapeutic interventions per assessment and recovery plans.
• Individual or group therapeutic interventions.
• CBT/DBT and family interventions.
• Psychosocial interventions.
• Motivational and coping enhancement strategies.
• Medication management.
• Interventions under the Mental Health Act.
• Deliver activities to improve carers' ability to support service users and their relationship.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with primary care, inpatient and day services, voluntary sector and carers/advocates.
• Facilitate development of crisis plans, rapid access plans and advance statements with other agencies as appropriate.
