Qualifikationen

• Proven experience working as a Commis Chef or similar role.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.

Aufgaben

• Food Preparation – prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards while ensuring food safety.
• Station Management – oversee the production of all dishes at your station and keep area stocked and clean.
• Quality Control – maintain high quality in presentation and taste at all times.
• Team Collaboration – communicate effectively with team members and coach juniors as needed.
• Menu Development – collaborate with head chef to taste and suggest improvements to recipes.
• Cleaning and Maintenance – keep the kitchen and your area clean and equipment in good working order.
