The Role

We are recruiting for a talented Senior Sous Chef to take the lead on the day‑to‑day operation of a busy grill restaurant within one of Wales' most prestigious resorts. This venue combines laid-back dining with a focus on seasonal, high-quality ingredients and exceptional service.

You'll be responsible for :
  • Overseeing all kitchen operations within the grill restaurant
  • Managing service, prep and pass with efficiency and consistency
  • Supporting the Executive Chef in menu development tailored to the outlet's identity
  • Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and allergen compliance at all times
  • Coaching and mentoring the kitchen team to ensure high standards are met daily
  • Stock control, ordering, and supplier liaison
About You
  • Previous experience at Sous Chef level in a quality-driven, high-volume kitchen
  • Confident running a service and leading a team from the front
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A genuine passion for great food, with a focus on grilled meats, seafood and seasonal produce
