Job summary

The Swan With Two Necks in Blackbrook is a relaxed bar and dining pub renowned for its Sunday roasts and Steak, Ale & Chestnut Mushroom Pie. The Senior Sous Chef will work closely with the Head Chef and General Manager to lead the kitchen, develop the brigade, and ensure consistent, high-quality dishes that delight guests.

With targets tied to KPIs and a pathway to Head Chef, you will train, motivate and manage the team, while handling ordering, stock, and food safety to maintain the high

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sous or Senior Sous Chef.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ambition to progress to Head Chef.

Responsibilities

• Running the kitchen day to day and stepping up when the Head Chef is off.
• Leading, training and inspiring the brigade.
• Delivering our menus consistently, with meticulous attention to detail.
