The Swan with Two Necks in Blackbrook is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to support the Head Chef, lead the brigade, and uphold high standards across service. You’ll step in when the Head Chef is off and help drive our kitchen forward with passion for great food.

This part-time role (32 hours per week) offers a clear path to Head Chef, with pay up to £14.50 per hour, a KPI-based bonus up to £2,000 annually, a shared service charge, and a total package around £31,950 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sous or Senior Sous Chef.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A passion for great food and high standards.
• Ambition to progress to Head Chef.

Responsabilités

• Running the kitchen day to day and stepping up when the Head Chef is off.
• Leading, training and inspiring the brigade.
• Delivering our menus consistently, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Supporting with ordering, stock, labour and food safety.
