The Swan With Two Necks in Blackbrook, part of Parogon Group, is seeking a passionate cook to join a close-knit kitchen team. You will cook to spec, prep during busy services, maintain high food safety standards and support junior chefs.

This is a part-time role with 32 hours a week, offering regular hours and a share of tips on top of pay. As part of Parogon Group, you’ll join a growing hospitality business with opportunities for progression, discounts on meals, and a supportive workplace

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a busy kitchen.
• Passion for food and pride in your work.
• Good knowledge of food safety.

Responsibilities

• Running your section during busy services.
• Prepping and cooking dishes to our specs.
• Keeping your section clean, organised and food safe.
• Supporting and training more junior chefs.
