The Seven Stars in Brocton, part of the Parogon Group, is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to support our Head Chef and lead the kitchen brigade. Join a gastro-pub environment near Cannock Chase, delivering pub classics, steaks and seafood with care, while developing your team and refining service.

This part-time role offers 32 hours per week, a clear path to Head Chef, and a total package around £31,950 per year including bonus and service.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sous or Senior Sous Chef.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ambition to progress to Head Chef.
• Passion for great food and high standards.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day kitchen operations and cover Head Chef.
• Lead, train and inspire the brigade.
• Deliver menus with meticulous attention to detail.
• Assist with ordering, stock, labour and food safety.
