RBH Hospitality Management Ltd is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to join our high-energy kitchen team. You will stand in as right-hand to the Head Chef, lead day-to-day operations, and ensure every dish meets our exacting standards.

We value creativity, strong leadership, and collaboration. You'll mentor junior chefs, develop menus with seasonal ingredients, manage stock, and maintain rigorous hygiene. This role rewards passion and consistency.
