• Focus on creating a caring, supportive environment, celebrating successes, nurturing talent, and role-modeling a coaching culture within management.
• Ensure an excellent guest experience by maintaining high standards in dish preparation and equipping your team with necessary skills and mindset.
• Maintain impeccable food, health, and safety standards; understand financial metrics such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs; and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build a coaching culture, working with the Head Chef to recruit and develop a strong team, fostering personal and professional growth.
• Be a forward-thinking problem solver, capable of quick decision-making.

• Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
