the role |
as a senior sous chef, you’ll be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. you will support continuous coaching and development of your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

- are a forward-thinking problem solver, able to think on your feet and make quick decisions.

- experience leading a kitchen team as a head chef or senior sous chef, driving performance through positive behavior in a fast-paced and complex environment.
- strong communication skills, capable of having real conversations with consideration and care, ensuring your team feels heard and supported.
- experience maintaining high standards of food, health, and safety.
- experience understanding and managing the financial performance of a kitchen, including gross profit and stock control.
- ability to manage labor costs and react to changing demands.
- leadership qualities that inspire and engage your team to nourish and flourish in their roles and careers.
- passion for creating an inclusive environment where your team feels respected and they belong.
- forward-thinking problem-solving skills, able to think on your feet and make quick decisions.
