As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team, driving restaurant performance and delivering exceptional results.

What We Look For

• Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to have genuine conversations with consideration and care
• Knowledge of food, health, and safety standards, and understanding of kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
• Ability to build a coaching culture, recruit effectively, and foster personal and professional growth
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions
