Job summary

Harbour Hotels is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our high-volume restaurant team. You will work with fresh quality food and may have the opportunity to work with pastry if desired.

A minimum of two years’ experience at Junior Sous/Chef de Partie level is required, with the ability to run the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence. We expect you to help achieve FCOS targets and comply with current food hygiene legislation, including kitchen risk assessments.
