Job summary

Harbour Hotels is offering a superb opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join the team in delivering exceptional menus within the restaurant. You will be capable of running your own section in the kitchen and maintaining the high standards expected across our properties.

At least 6 months experience as a Chef de Partie is preferred, ideally with a Rosette background. We provide excellent progression opportunities, on‑the‑job training, meals on duty, and hotel stay/discounts across the Harbour
