Job summary

The Scotsman Group, Scotland’s largest hospitality group, is seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join one of our fantastic venues. You will support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen management and help drive high standards across the kitchen.

You will be involved in menu development, mentor junior chefs, and deputise for the Head Chef when needed. We offer flexible working, staff meals, and a supportive environment to progress your career in a dynamic company.

Qualifications

• Experience in rosette kitchens and banqueting.
• Strong people and operational management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen management.
• Contribute to kitchen operations, menu development, and develop junior staff while complying with legislation.
• Fully deputise for the Head Chef when absent.
