Job summary

The Scotsman Hospitality is seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. You will support the Head Chef in day-to-day operations, contribute to menu development, and mentor junior chefs while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

In this on-site role, you will deputise for the Head Chef when needed, lead smooth kitchen service, and help drive service excellence across busy venues in Scotland. We offer a competitive package and benefits.

The Role

As Senior Sous Chef, your role will include:

• Supporting the Head Chef in the day to day management of the kitchen
• Being involved in all aspects of the kitchen operation, in addition to menu compilation, developing junior members of the team, and ensuring that all aspects of the operation comply with legislative requirements
• Fully deputise for the Head Chef in their absence.

• Experience in a rosette kitchens and banqueting and will be looking to progress within a dynamic company that can help you take the next step on the career ladder.
• Strong people and operational management skills and have experience in the industry at a supervisory level.
