Job summary

Platinum Recruitment is working with a luxury hotel in the Cotswolds, seeking a Senior Sous Chef to join a high-performing kitchen team near Broadway, Cotswolds. The role requires experience in 3 AA Rosette or Michelin-starred kitchens and involves supporting the Head Chef, leading service delivery, and developing junior chefs.

Salary is £46,400 plus a service charge, with the opportunity to progress within a respected hospitality group and to work with seasonal British produce in a luxury
