Job summary

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is seeking a skilled Sous Chef for a busy dining pub near King's Lynn. You will support the Head Chef in delivering AA Rosette standard meals, with a focus on restaurant and bar dishes and delivering high-quality service.

The role offers a 4-day week, live-in accommodation, meals on duty, and a comprehensive benefits package. You should have prior sous-chef experience and the ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• You will already be a Sous Chef.
• Must be able to work unsupervised.
• Experience in a rosette hotel or pub/restaurant kitchen is preferred.
• Good attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Head Chef; you will be assisted by junior chefs.
• Operate in an AA Rosette standard kitchen with fresh, local ingredients.
• Prepare restaurant and bar meals.
• Work 4 straight days with 3 days off.

Great Sous Chef role at this busy Dining Pub

Our client in the Great Massingham area near to King's Lynn & Fakenham is recruiting a Sous Chef to join their busy Dining Pub & Restaurant. As part of a hard working brigade you will assist the Head Chef in serving food of AA rosette standard. You will prepare meals for the restaurant and bar menu. The property is seeking an enthusiastic Sous Chef to join an established head chef and help manage the kitchen team.

• Basic Salary to £41k + Tips worth £4k = £45k package

The Role
