Hotel du Vin Avon Gorge in Bristol is seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and uphold our brand standards in a bustling kitchen. The role offers a permanent position with a 40-hour week and a salary around £37,500 plus tronc.

You will lead and develop the team, ensuring high quality and consistency in every service. This is an excellent step for career progression within the Hotel du Vin group.

At Hotel du Vin fifty percent of all revenue comes from catering sales. In many of our hotels we can be busier in our Bistrosthan most local restaurants! Working as Senior Sous Chef in the kitchen you will support the Head Chef by ensuring the team deliver the brand standards in a smooth and consistent manner. Ideally you will have worked at this level before and be able to demonstrate your skills when developing the team beneath you.
