Job summary

Hotel Du Vin Birmingham is seeking a Sous Chef to lead and inspire the kitchen team, ensuring the highest standards in every dish during service. This permanent role requires dedication, strong leadership, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You will oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, support the Head Chef, and help shape menus while maintaining the brand’s reputation for quality and consistency. 45 hours per week with a competitive package.
