Job summary

Hotel Du Vin Avon Gorge is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead daily service at our Clifton Village location. You will drive guest experiences, supervise shifts and ensure consistent brand standards across the restaurant.

You may have previously held roles as Supervisor or Assistant Manager in busy outlets, and you will deliver clear shift briefings to large teams while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Rate of pay / Hours:Up to £36,000 inc Tronc / 45 hours

Contract Type: Permanent position

You will be experienced in working within a busy restaurant environment, this may of been as a Supervisor or an Assistant Manager. You will be able to deliver shift briefings to large teams, manage the flow of the restaurant in order to deliver great guest experiences and work alongside the team maintaining the brand standards.
