Apollo.io is hiring a Solutions Consultant II to be a trusted technical and strategic advisor across the full customer lifecycle—driving complex, high-stakes deals forward, accelerating time-to-value, and influencing long-term business outcomes.

They are not only experts in solution architecture, but also serve as player-coaches who scale the SC function through mentorship, strategic influence, and reusable assets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Solution Consulting or related roles, with 1 year GTM tech experience.
• Proven ability to lead technical validation with a consultative approach.
• Background in integration-heavy lifecycles, RevOps, and sales tech stacks.
• Executive-level communication skills for VP/C-level stakeholders.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Onboarding, CS, Product, and Engineering.
• Comfort with AI-native GTM tools in daily workflows.
• Experience maximizing post-sale GTM tech impact and value realization.

Responsibilities

• Discovery & Value Selling: lead technical and business discovery to uncover pain and ROI.
• Sales Partnership: co-own complex deals with AEs and navigate buying committees.
• POC & Trial Execution: design and run POC-based trials to accelerate decisions.
• Technical Discovery & Solution Design: engage stakeholders to design scalable integrations and diagrams.
• Tooling & Product Strategy: advise on GTM stack optimization and provide customer feedback.
• Mentorship & Enablement: coach peers and build playbooks and demos.
