Job summary

Whatfix in London is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to drive growth by articulating the value of Whatfix's DAP platform to prospects and customers. The role focuses on demo-to-PoC delivery and close collaboration with Sales to win strategic deals.

The ideal candidate will have extensive pre-sales experience across enterprise software, with fluency in German and English, and willingness to travel for on-site demonstrations and customer engagements. London-based, on-site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Technical Pre-Sales / Sales Engineering / Solutions Consulting experience.
• Experience describing use cases across industries like Insurance, Technology, Financial Services, Healthcare.
• Background with deployments across CRM HR platforms like Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, SAP.
• Experience as Solutions Consultant at an Application Software Company in relevant industries.
• Consultative selling experience; listening to customer needs and shaping a shared vision for a solution.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and succinctly.
• Understanding of high-performance software and Enterprise SaaS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel for on-site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Understand enterprise software trends and opportunities for a DAP platform.
• Partner with Account Executives during discovery calls and deliver presentations and product demonstrations.
• Conduct on-site or remote solution demonstrations with Account Executives.
• Represent the product to customers and at field events.
• Evangelize Whatfix products to prospects, customers, and partners via presentations and demos.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs with the assistance of Account Executives and Technical Sales Engineers.
• Convey customer requirements to Product Management teams.
• Collaborate with sales to plan and execute strategic deals in complex cycles.
• Respond to objections during solution presentations and articulate ROI.
• Travel to on-site meetings as required.
