Job summary

Convergence Group is seeking a Solutions Architect to shape customer outcomes and drive technical excellence across the business. You will design LAN & WAN solutions, partner with Sales to understand client needs, and lead technical conversations to close deals.

You’ll produce professional documentation, collaborate with Sales, Service Delivery and Account Management, manage CRM activity, and help maintain a £1m+ annual pipeline. Hybrid working with 2 days/month at Solihull office is offered.

Qualifications

5+ years in a Solutions Architect role with customer-facing pre-sales.
Experience in Managed WAN/LAN services and technical pre-sales.

Responsibilities

Design tailored LAN & WAN solutions aligned with product set.
Partner with Sales & Account teams to understand customer needs and support deals.
Lead technical conversations with customers and build trust.
Produce SOWs, HLDs, and technical schematics.
Collaborate cross-functionally to win new business and support renewals.
Track activity in CRM and contribute to a £1m+ annual pipeline.
Optimize solutions for profitability and long-term value.
