Elastic is seeking a Solutions Architect to act as a technical authority for sales, customers, partners and the community. You will understand and solve business issues with the Elastic Stack, engaging regional Elastic communities and enabling sales through Partners.

You will own value-based relationships, participate in end-to-end territory planning and continuously learn to improve technical and sales capabilities.

Qualifications

• Track record in technical presales for government/public sector accounts.
• Ability to articulate benefits of modern platforms, software and technologies.
• Curious, continuous learner with strong customer-focused problem solving.
• Proven success in influencing teams and architects toward effective patterns.
• Willing to travel ~30% within region and sometimes internationally.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the technical point of contact for accounts and managers in the territory.
• Understand customer goals and articulate how Elastic offerings address needs.
• Develop value-based relationships at all levels in customer organizations.
• Participate in planning and execution from discovery to technical win.
• Demonstrate Elastic product value in sales meetings and events.
• Advise the sales team on positioning Elastic products, solutions and services.
• Onboard and enable partners, supporting them in sales cycles.
• Create collateral and collaborate with colleagues to meet client needs.
• Represent the voice of the customer to engineering and leadership.
• Grow both sales and technical skills through ongoing learning.
