Job summary

Elastic invites an Elastic Consulting Architect to lead strategic engagements in the Public Sector from the United Kingdom. You will own roadmaps, design architecture, and deliver demos and PoCs while collaborating with engineering, product management and sales teams.

The role requires current UK security clearance, strong customer advocacy, and the ability to work in a highly distributed team with travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch or Lucene.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Software Engineer, System Administrator, or DevOps Engineer.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Consultant delivering professional services.
• Current UK security clearance (or prior clearance) or willingness to undergo clearance.
• Experience as a technical instructor or public speaker to large audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic engagements with government customers and define the strategic roadmap.
• Design, develop, and integrate Elastic products and APIs in mission-critical environments.
• Pivot between delivery and strategic customer engagements and manage stakeholder relationships.
