Bloomreach is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to lead the technical strategy for strategic enterprise customers, bridging deep architecture with commercial outcomes. You will engage CIOs/CTOs and partner with Sales, Solution Consultants, Product, Engineering and Customer Success to shape data, AI and MarTech architectures.

In this global, customer-facing role you’ll map complex environments, articulate value, and help translate architectural decisions into measurable business impact,

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior customer-facing technical role within enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of modern data architecture and cloud platforms.
• Experience with enterprise cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior technical advisor for global strategic enterprise opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Enterprise Architects and senior technology teams.
• Whiteboard and communicate complex architectures, data flows and integration strategies with technical and executive audiences.
• Help customers translate architectural decisions into measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with Global Account Executives to shape technical strategy during complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Support RFPs, technical validation, executive presentations, architecture reviews and customer workshops.
• Mentor Solution Consultants on modern data architecture, AI and enterprise technology.
