Job summary

Descrial is hiring Solutions Architects to design and deploy enterprise-grade data, permissions and governance solutions for investment firms. You will lead technical discovery, own integration decisions, and connect core Java/Spring and Python AI services, while explaining trade-offs to client CTOs.

The role reports to the Head of Engineering and balances client-facing work with hands-on engineering, embedding security, tenancy, and performance considerations into architecture and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software or infrastructure, including 3+ years in client-facing solution, enterprise or technical architecture.
• REST, AWS, SaaS multi-tenancy and security fundamentals to defend an integration design.
• Ability to read Python and/or Java APIs and debug integration problems with engineers.
• Experience scoping or deploying LLM capability for enterprise clients and measuring success.
• Strong communication with clients and stakeholders through technical trade-offs.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, CS or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and translate client requirements into APIs, authentication, data flows and tenancy decisions.
• Design solutions across core services, LLM features, retrieval and knowledge graphs for client data.
• Produce architecture diagrams and non-functional requirements for security, performance and compliance.
• Create implementation roadmaps that engineering can commit to.
• Guide pre-sales and proofs-of-concept, turning client solutions into reusable patterns.
