Job summary

Bloomreach is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to lead senior-level technical strategy for enterprise customers in the UK. You will connect business objectives with data, AI, MarTech and commerce architectures while guiding executives through architecture decisions.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering teams to shape outcomes, run technical workshops, and ensure alignment with Bloomreach’s platform roadmap across complex deals.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior customer-facing technical role within enterprise software or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of modern data architecture, cloud platforms and integration patterns.
• Proven ability to translate architecture decisions into business value for enterprise buyers.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy and architecture discussions across strategic enterprise opportunities.
• Engage senior technology stakeholders and translate architecture into business outcomes.
• Support complex sales cycles with architecture reviews and workshops.
• Mentor Solution Consultants on data, AI, and modern tech trends.
