Referment is seeking a senior Solution Architect to own end-to-end architecture for enterprise-grade platforms. You will define blueprints, standards and roadmaps, and lead reviews that shape engineering across product, UX and DevOps.

You’ll design cloud-native, microservices-based solutions on AWS, with API-led integrations and AI-assisted engineering. Mentoring teams and presenting strategies to executives are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong design background for enterprise-scale solutions.
• Deep knowledge of architecture principles, patterns, and OO design.
• Expertise in microservices, event-driven and distributed systems.
• Experience with RESTful API design and enterprise integration patterns.
• Modern web platform design using Angular.
• Relational and NoSQL data stores such as SQL Server, MongoDB and Cosmos DB.
• Hands-on with AI-enabled engineering tools and AI service integration.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM integration, and RAG architectures.
• Strategic thinking with stakeholder management and ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Degree in computer science or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise-grade applications and platforms.
• Define blueprints, design standards and technology roadmaps; lead architecture reviews.
• Produce high-level and low-level designs addressing functional and non-functional needs (scalability, resilience, security, observability, performance).
• Collaborate across product, business, UX and engineering; partner with DevOps and cloud teams on deployment models.
• Design cloud-native solutions on AWS; architect microservices, event-driven systems and API-led integrations.
• Define cloud security, networking and disaster-recovery approaches.
• Champion AI-enabled engineering with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock and Hugging Face; drive AI automation.
• Mentor development teams and present architecture strategies to executives.
