Databricks is seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect to lead the most complex customer engagements, driving consumption strategy and owning executive relationships. You will serve as the definitive technical authority for accounts, with a declared archetype that multipliers across teams and regions.

You will co-create strategic plans, mentor junior engineers, and influence long-term data/AI strategy across enterprise environments, including real-time data and lakehouse patterns.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in solutions architecture or senior technical pre-sales.
• Expert coding: Python, SQL, Spark/PySpark; live coding assessment.
• Deep enterprise data architecture and cloud-native platforms.
• Executive-level relationship management and strategic thinking.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering; advanced degrees valued.

Responsabilités

• Drive the technical and consumption strategy for the organization's most complex customer engagements, influencing platform adoption and revenue.
• Own senior-level technical relationships as trusted advisor on enterprise data and AI strategy.
• Lead the most complex architecture engagements: multi-workload platforms and real-time systems.
• Mentor junior SAs (L3–L5) and contribute to field engineering thought leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
