Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Services Sales Solutions Manager in the United Kingdom (London area) to drive pre-sales solutioning for enterprise customers.

You’ll translate outcomes into high‑level designs, author SOWs, and collaborate with sales, legal, and delivery teams to ensure value realization. You will lead discovery workshops, align commercial strategy with delivery viability, and mentor colleagues while supporting multi‑cloud transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• 10+ years delivering enterprise consulting services, with 7+ years on Salesforce platform.
• 5+ years leading pre-sales scoping, technical estimation, and SOW creation for complex SaaS engagements.
• Experience in deal architecture, pricing negotiation, risk management, and formal SOW development.
• Ability to communicate with C-level stakeholders and present transformation roadmaps.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture and Salesforce product portfolio.
• Willingness to travel as required by client/projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales discovery workshops with executive and technical stakeholders to identify core business challenges and target outcomes.
• Structure large, complex services engagements with clear scope boundaries and success metrics.
• Co-own deal architecture and pricing strategies with Account Partners and Legal teams.
• Create accurate SOWs, staffing plans, timelines, and commercial terms.
• Present and defend proposals to executives and align internal teams on delivery milestones.
• Ensure smooth hand-offs from pre-sales to delivery and mentor team members.
