Job summary

WalkMe, an SAP company, is seeking a Solution Advisor to bridge Sales and Delivery, translating customers’ business vision into technical, scalable solutions and guiding technology evaluations.

You will own technical demos, POVs, and architectural discussions with IT and executive teams, shaping the sales cycle and customer outcomes. Travel may be required, with strong emphasis on collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SaaS experience with enterprise customers.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience with SAP products and Salesforce CRM preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or sales-related field.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives during evaluations with technical questions and troubleshoot issues.
• Plan discovery strategies to uncover business problems tied to revenue, cost, and risk.
• Create and deliver on-site and remote demos and collaborate on custom demos.
• Scope, install, configure, and troubleshoot solutions; define success criteria and POVs.
• Whiteboard architectures and articulate WalkMe’s value to both business and technical audiences.
• Deliver executive-level value pitches and lead deep-dive discussions with IT and development teams.
• Provide clear technical specifications and solution documentation for proposed approaches.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand technology needs and influence roadmaps.
• Speak at field events and contribute blogs and webinars to promote product knowledge.
