Job summary

WSP is seeking an experienced Associate Director / Technical Director Soil Scientist to lead our growing soils team within Ground & Water. You will develop soil strategy and implement areas such as Agricultural Land Classification, Soil Resource Assessment, and environmental statements, while expanding our client base.

You will work across Ground & Water and other business areas, guiding project delivery, bids, and KPI achievement, with flexible location and hybrid working options, and travel

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification in Soil Science, or similar.
• 10+ years relevant consultancy experience.
• Experience leading and growing a team.
• Ground & Water sector knowledge; CDM and H&S.

Responsibilities

• Lead soil team and grow capabilities within Ground & Water.
• Manage projects with supervision, bidding and delivery.
• Collaborate with Ground & Water, Nature Advisory and Sustainability teams.
