Senior Software Engineer/Tech Leads – React Native/PHP/React/Golang – Tech For Good - Scale-up Environment – 100% Project based – FULLY REMOTE – Offices based in UK

Candidates can be based anywhere in the UK as long as they are comfortable working in a remote environment.

Areti Group has partnered with a rapidly growing fintech company based in London, building a greenfield team and looking for up to 40 new Software Engineers experienced with highly scalable microservice architecture by the end of the year.

We are seeking Software Tech Leads/Staff Engineers to oversee multiple software teams, providing technical control and direction.

These roles are FULLY REMOTE and include a choice of laptop and tech equipment to support your work.

As a software team lead/staff engineer, you should demonstrate a willingness to self-develop and a passion for your work.

Your responsibilities include:

• Building new features in PHP, React Native, React, Golang
• Making key architectural decisions and advancing the platform
• Supporting software engineers on important projects
• Supporting product and delivery teams
• Mentoring and coaching team members
• Leading from the front as an inspirational leader and decision-maker

Qualifications include:

• Experience as a hands-on staff engineer or technical lead
• 4+ years’ experience in PHP, React Native, React, or Golang
• Experience leading multiple software projects
• Knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure
• Understanding of web security standards like OWASP
• Experience building microservices and APIs
• Knowledge of event-driven design, including eventual consistency and distributed transactions
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
