Candidates can be based anywhere in the UK as long as they are comfortable working remotely.

Areti Group has partnered with a rapidly growing fintech company based in London, building a greenfield team and seeking up to 40 Software Engineers experienced with highly scalable microservice architectures by year's end.

We are looking for Software Tech Leads/Staff Engineers to oversee technical direction of various software teams.

These roles are FULLY REMOTE, providing equipment to support your best work.

As a software team lead/staff engineer, you should demonstrate a passion for self-development and excellence in your craft.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building new features with PHP/React Native/React/Golang
• Making architectural decisions and advancing the platform
• Supporting software engineers on critical projects
• Supporting product and delivery teams
• Mentoring and coaching team members
• Leading from the front and making strategic decisions

Requirements include:

• Experience as a hands-on staff engineer or technical lead
• 4+ years in PHP/React Native/React/Golang
• Experience leading multiple projects
• Knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure
• Understanding of web security (OWASP or similar)
• Experience building microservices and APIs
• Understanding of event-driven design and distributed systems complexities
• Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly
