Areti Group has partnered with a rapidly growing fintech company based in London, building a greenfield team and hiring up to 40 Software Engineers with experience in scalable microservice architecture by the end of the year.

We are seeking Software Tech Leads/Staff Engineers to oversee multiple software teams, responsible for technical direction and decision-making.

These roles are FULLY REMOTE, with options for provided laptops and tech equipment.

As a software team lead/staff engineer, you should be passionate about self-development and your craft.

Your responsibilities include:

• Building new features using PHP, React Native, React, Golang
• Making architectural decisions to advance the platform
• Supporting software engineers on key projects
• Supporting product and delivery teams
• Mentoring and coaching team members
• Leading from the front and making strategic decisions

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience as a staff engineer or technical lead
• 4+ years in PHP, React Native, React, or Golang
• Experience leading multiple projects
• Knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure
• Understanding of web security (OWASP or similar)
• Experience building microservices and APIs
• Understanding of event-driven design and distributed systems
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
