Senior Software Engineer/Tech Leads – React Native/PHP/React/Golang – Tech For Good - Scale-up Environment – 100% Project-based – FULLY REMOTE – Offices based in UK

Candidates can be based anywhere in the UK as long as they are comfortable working remotely.

Areti Group has partnered with a rapidly growing fintech company based in London, building out a greenfield team and hiring up to 40 Software Engineers experienced in highly scalable microservice architecture by year's end.

We are seeking Software Tech Leads/Staff Engineers to oversee multiple software teams.

These roles are FULLY REMOTE, with options for equipment to support your work.

As a software team lead/staff engineer, you should be eager to develop your skills and passionate about your work.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building new features in PHP/React Native/React/Golang
• Making architectural decisions to advance the platform
• Supporting key projects and teams
• Mentoring and coaching team members
• Leading and making strategic decisions

Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience as a hands-on staff engineer or technical lead
• At least 4 years in PHP/React Native/React/Golang
• Experience leading multiple projects
• Knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure
• Understanding of web security (OWASP or similar)
• Experience building microservices and APIs
• Knowledge of event-driven design and distributed systems
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts simply
