Areti Group has partnered with a rapidly growing fintech company based in London, building a greenfield team and hiring up to 40 Software Engineers experienced in scalable microservice architecture.

We are seeking Software Tech Leads/Staff Engineers to oversee multiple software teams. These roles are FULLY REMOTE with equipment provided.

As a software team lead/staff engineer, you should demonstrate a passion for self-development and excellence in your craft.

Your responsibilities include:

• Building features in PHP/React Native/React/Golang
• Making architectural decisions to advance the platform
• Supporting software engineers on key projects
• Mentoring team members
• Leading from the front and making strategic decisions

Qualifications include:

• Hands-on staff engineer or technical lead experience
• 4+ years in PHP/React Native/React/Golang
• Experience leading multiple projects
• Knowledge of AWS Cloud Infrastructure
• Understanding of web security (OWASP)
