??? Senior Software Engineer/Tech leads – React Native/PHP/React/Golang – Tech For Good -Scaleup Environment – 100% Project based – FULLY REMOTE – Offices based in UK ???

Candidates can be based anywhere in the UK as long as they are comfortable working in a remote environment.

Areti Group has exclusively partnered with a rapidly growing fintech company based in London who are building out a greenfield team and looking for up to 40 new Software Engineers with experience working with highly scalable microservice architecture by the end of the year.

We are now on the lookout for Software Tech Leads/Staff Engineers who will tech control and direction of a number of different software teams.

These roles are FULLY REMOTE and offer you the choice of laptop and tech equipment to make sure you can be the best version of yourself.

As a software team lead/staff engineer working for this organization, you must be able to show that you are willing to self-develop and have a real passion for what you do.

As part of this varied role, we're also counting on you to:

· Build new features in our core languages - PHP/React Native/React/Golang

· Make key architectural decisions and help move the platform forward

Support the software engineers on a number of highly important projects.

· Support product and delivery teams

· Mentor and coach other team members

Be an inspirational leader and lead from the front making key decisions in the business.

Here's what we're looking for :

Experience in being a hands-on staff engineer or technical lead

· 4+ years’ experience in either PHP/React Native/React/Golang

Experience in leading multiple software projects

· Cloud Infrastructure – AWS

· OWASP and/or Similar web Security

· Building microservices and associated APIs

· Microservice / Event Driven Design - An understanding of the complexities with event-driven design and how to best approach them, ie eventual consistency, transactions within a distributed system

· A great communicator - We're looking for someone who is comfortable explaining the technical to the non-technical, and "working out loud", or WOL'ing as we like to call it
