We’re seeking a senior engineer to elevate the customer journey from attraction to sign-up, collaborating with marketing and sales to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Based in the UK with a focus on on-site work at our Hammersmith offices, you’ll contribute to scalable, production-grade systems,

Qualifications

• Experience in an engineering role in a scale-up or fast-growing product environment.
• Good understanding of APIs, data models, and system interactions.
• Exposure to cloud environments and modern deployment workflows.
• Comfort with ambiguity and evolving requirements.
• Bias toward action and delivering value quickly.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-grade systems that scale.
• Operate and improve systems in production.
• Write clean, well-tested code with maintainability in mind.
• Tackle full stack technical challenges and data flows.
• Collaborate with product and non-technical teammates.
• Learn best practices around scalability, performance, and system design.
