Qualifications

• Experience in an engineering role in a scale-up or fast-growing product environment.
• Understanding of APIs, data models and system interactions.
• Exposure to cloud environments and modern deployment workflows.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and evolving requirements.
• Bias toward action and delivering value quickly, then iterating.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to go beyond what is asked.
• Solid coding skills and a solutions-focused approach.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to influence beyond code.
• Bonus: exposure to marketplaces, logistics, pricing, or ecommerce systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-grade systems that scale.
• Operate and improve systems in production.
• Write clean, pragmatic, well-tested code with long-term maintainability.
• Tackle full-stack technical challenges and data flows.
• Collaborate with product and non-technical teammates to understand requirements.
• Adopt scalability, performance and system design best practices.
