Job summary

You will turn ambiguous requirements into production‑ready software, build pipelines for intelligent agents, and own the systems in production while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to raise reliability and code quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional, non-internship software development.
• Programming in Java, C++, or C# with object-oriented design.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Experience with full SDLC including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build, testing, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver systems that solve complex operational and optimization problems.
• Turn ambiguous requirements into clear designs and production-ready software.
• Build pipelines that feed intelligent agents clean, trustworthy signals.
• Build execution layers that let agents act safely on live operations.
• Build evaluation harnesses that validate decision quality before systems reach the real network.
• Work on large-scale optimization and planning systems that allocate capacity efficiently.
• Own what you build, operate it in production, and remain accountable for reliability.
• Make pragmatic engineering trade-offs and contribute to high-quality code and design reviews.
• Mentor other engineers and help raise the teams technical standards.
