Fin is seeking an experienced product engineer to build backend and frontend systems, scaling our platform to serve tens of millions daily. You will collaborate with designers, product managers, researchers and data analysts to deliver impactful features end-to-end.

You will ship production changes from day one, participate in interviews, and mentor teammates as we grow a high-performance engineering culture. This hybrid role is based in the UK with equity and competitive salary.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering, preferably SaaS products.
• Experience delivering value with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to mentor and grow engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical plans and contribute to architecture for scale.
• Write Ruby code integrating AWS, infra, and SaaS tech.
• Ship production changes on day one; frequent deployments.
• Leverage AI-powered developer tools to reduce friction.
• Mentor engineers and participate in technical interviews.
